Terms | Summercloud & Summerbreeze
– Minimum stay is 3 NIGHTS but this will vary during peak periods, long weekends and school holidays.
– ‘Couria Creek’ is a retreat catering for ADULTS. We DO NOT accommodate children.
– NON-Smoking property.
– NO pets allowed.
Arrival time is after 3.00pm
Departure is before 10.00am
NOTE | We will email you after your booking has been accepted. Please acknowledge this by return email. Travel directions will be posted or emailed prior to your arrival.
Payment Policy
– Rates vary according to the season, holidays and peak periods.
– Payment is by Bank Transfer or Cash.
– 40% Deposit is required at time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed via email which contains Bank Account details and you are required to transfer payment within 2 days. Bookings will not be held without a prompt deposit payment.
– Balance is payable 3 working days prior to ARRIVAL, except during Peak Periods (Xmas/January, Easter and Public Holiday weekends) when full payment is required at least 7 days prior to ARRIVAL. You will receive an email before your stay requesting you to transfer the balance payment to my account.
– Bookings taken within 10 days of arrival date will be required to pay the full amount at time of booking.
– Receipts will be emailed after any payment has been made.
Cottage Cleaning Fee – A Fee of $50.00 is charged at time of booking to cover reasonable costs associated with cleaning. You are still required to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition on your departure.
Cancellation Policy
– Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date will have deposit refunded less a $60.00 administration fee.
– Bookings cancelled 30 to 7 days prior to arrival date will forfeit the total deposit amount.
– Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged the full amount of the booking.
– There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
